I am a firm believer that fitness is not a trend, it is a lifestyle. It takes dedication and commitment to make this lifestyle a reality and I am anxious to help clients make the transformation. I have experience with sports training, strength and cardiovascular training, weight loss, as well as bodybuilding. I strive to create fitness routines that challenge physically and mentally. I have trained and worked with all levels, from elite athletes and celebrities to total couch potatoes. I am very flexible and tailor workouts to my client’s needs, goals, and interests.
